Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any material available on or through our services infringes your copyright, or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to help us locate the material on our website.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Once a valid copyright infringement notice has been received, Museum Toy Store may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- Suspend or terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers where appropriate.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its previous location on the website.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where Museum Toy Store operates, and you agree to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.
Response to Counter-Notifications
If we receive a valid counter-notification, Museum Toy Store may forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action seeking a court order against the content provider, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.
