Museum Toy Store ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website and is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability.

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following options:

  • Wait until the item is back in stock.
  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item.
  • Ship the available items immediately while the remaining item is dispatched later.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final amount payable for delivery.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Museum Toy Store accepts returns for change-of-mind purchases provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Claims

Museum Toy Store honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving your order.

Customers are required to prepay the return shipping costs. If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the reasonable return shipping expenses.

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received.

If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method.
  • Store credit.
  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability).

4.1 Domestic Delivery

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

  • Delivery within 5–8 business days
  • Free

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 3–4 business days
  • $15

4.2 International Shipping

At this time, Museum Toy Store ships within the United State only and does not currently offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

While every effort is made to minimize delays, dispatch times may occasionally be affected during peak periods or holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.

4.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

Museum Toy Store can deliver to P.O. Box addresses using postal services where available.

Courier deliveries to P.O. Boxes may not be possible.

4.6 Military Addresses

Where supported by the postal service, we can deliver to military addresses.

Courier delivery services may not be available for these locations.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may ship the available items first and dispatch the remaining items once they are back in stock.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Refuse delivery if the damage is visible before accepting the package, where possible.
  • Contact our customer service team immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered in your absence, notify us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage.

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Taxes and Duties

7.1 Sales Tax

Any applicable taxes are included in the prices displayed on our website unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Import Duties and Customs Charges

Museum Toy Store currently does not offer international shipping.

Should international shipping become available in the future, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the value provided by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund once the courier has completed its investigation.

Lost Parcels

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, Museum Toy Store will provide either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product, subject to availability.
